Epidemiological characteristics of papillomavirus infection of anogenital localization in Tatarstan republic

Due to the high prevalence of anogenital warts, their significant economic and psychosocial burden, lack routine vaccination against papillomavirus infection, monitoring epidemiological situation for one common forms infection – warts is relevant. The aim assess in Tatarstan Republic 2011–2020. Materials methods. study design an observational descriptive study. A retrospective analysis incidence 2011–2020 was carried out. long-term dynamics population as a whole age sex groups structure assessed. Intensive (per 100,000) extensive morbidity rates (%) were calculated. Results. There decrease from 123,8 0 / 0000 2011 68,8 2020. among female male had unidirectional character incidence. comparison levels showed that women higher than men (80,4 versus 55,8 , respectively, 2020). greatest observed 18–29 group during observation period. average annual aged 535,6 same 233,0 . Conclusion. Despite certain gender groups, people 18-29 years remain. data obtained results indicate need introduce HPV which will prevent large treatment costs, have positive impact on public health indicators.
